PortFlow Driver Support
PortFlow Driver connects to your company's PortFlow dispatch system so you can manage loads, scan paperwork, log fuel, and share your location with dispatch from your phone. If you run into an issue or have a question, this page covers the basics and how to reach us.
Getting Started
Log in with the driver account provided by your carrier. If you don't have a login, contact your dispatcher or company administrator — driver accounts are created by your company's PortFlow admin, not through the app itself.
Common Questions
- I can't log in. Double-check your username and password with your dispatcher. Accounts are managed by your company, so PortFlow support cannot reset your password directly — your company administrator can do this from the dispatch dashboard.
- My loads aren't showing up. Make sure you're logged into the correct driver account and have an internet connection. Loads appear once your dispatcher assigns them to you.
- The document scanner isn't working. PortFlow Driver needs camera permission to scan documents. Check your phone's Settings for PortFlow Driver and make sure Camera access is allowed.
- Location sharing isn't working. Location sharing needs Location permission enabled for PortFlow Driver in your phone's Settings, and the toggle turned on inside the app.
- A fuel entry or document didn't upload. Uploads require an internet connection. If you're in an area with poor signal, try again once you have a stronger connection.
Permissions PortFlow Driver Uses
- Camera: to scan PODs, BOLs, and fuel receipts.
- Photo Library: to attach existing photos to loads or fuel entries.
- Location: to share your position with dispatch when you choose to enable it.
